I have been active for my entire life. From childhood sports teams, to high school cheerleading, to gym memberships, fitness has always been an important and enjoyable part of my life. I realized that this is what I loved doing and decided to make it my career.
I became a Certified Fitness Instructor in 1991. While in the gym setting for 20 years my positions included, Aerobics Instructor, Group Exercise Coordinator, Personal Trainer, Spinning and Pilates Instructor. I wanted to share my experiences and give to others what fitness gives to me.
In January 2011 I decided that it was time to venture out on my own and continue to do what I love to do. That's when Lily's Personal Training became a reality.
While continuing on my own wellness journey my personal life circumstances led me to start a yoga program. This path changed my life, as it gave me a new focus and perspective, allowing me to heal, strengthen emotionally and grow as an individual. It was then I realized that I had another purpose other than helping others get physically fit. I completed my 200hr Yoga Teacher training. Not only did this provide a new dimension for my business, it gave me a new purpose for continuing to help others with their overall health and wellbeing.
I continue to motivate and educate my clients to be the best they can be. My experience, accreditations and commitment to the industry provide quality leadership and motivation with empathy, personal care and guidance that I'm sure you will be happy with.
